Terms of service

The Terms of service between Get Sharp Coaching (GSC) and the client (recipient of GSC services) will begin and end on the dates agreed upon in the signed coaching contract.

The fee is final according to what the coach and client deem acceptable for the coaching package chosen. Fees are to be paid upfront, prior to beginning the first session with Get Sharp Coaching at 278 Chester Avenue San Francisco, California, 94132.


The client, as mentioned above, may be eligible to receive a full refund after stipulating what their reason is for wanting said refund. If dissatisfied with their coaching experience, the client must notify Get Sharp Coaching in writing within 5 working days of his or her last coaching session of the initial month. The client may then be eligible to receive a one-time-only money-back guarantee, for the initial month’s coaching.


The service to be provided is coaching, which is not advice, therapy, nor counseling and may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in the client and helps the client create and live the life they want to live. Upon completion of the chosen package, the client may refuse to provide Get Sharp Coaching with testimonials of any kind if the client so chooses. In the event their is a desire to cancel further services, the client and coach agree to provide one another with thirty days notice prior to said cancellation emanating. 


The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. Throughout the working relationship the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by the client and the client agrees to do just that—have the coaching relationship to be powerful. If the client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the client will immediately communicate that to the coach and both will take action to remedy the situation.  

All information will be kept confidential between coach and client for a minimum of one calendar year beginning from the start of the coaching contract. The only exception is if the coach deems the client a danger to themselves or others, whereby the International Coaching Federations (ICF) ethics stipulate said coach may report, to the authorities, suspicious and/or harmful statements or actions. 

The coach has the right to dispose of the documents as they so choose. Shredding, burning, or hiring of third party document destruction companies are all permissible methods of disposal. Get Sharp coaching can not be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged documents pertaining to said coaching services contracts. 

Client acknowledges and agrees to the aforementioned terms and services. Hereby granting Get Sharp Coaching (a subsidiary of VISALEMC LLC.) the right to carry out the services listed on the coaching contract.
